VISMORPH AI ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

Account Information

• Email address (for authentication, when you create or link an email account)
• Display name (optional)
• Anonymous account identifier and linked Apple or Google sign-in identifiers, when used
• Account creation date
• Expo push token, when notifications are enabled

Usage Data

• Video generation prompts and parameters
• Generation type and status
• Referral, promo, balance, and transaction activity
• App usage analytics (via PostHog, EU-hosted)
• Crash and error diagnostics (via Sentry, EU/DE-hosted)

Payment Information

• Subscription status and plan type (via RevenueCat)
• We do not store credit card numbers or payment details directly — all payment processing is handled by Apple App Store / Google Play Store through RevenueCat

Generated Content

• Videos are stored temporarily on our servers (up to 30 days) for delivery purposes
• Videos are downloaded to your device for permanent local storage
• Input images/videos uploaded for generation are stored temporarily

• Provide and maintain the video generation service
• Process your transactions and manage your account
• Send generation completion notifications
• Improve our service through anonymized analytics
• Respond to support requests

• Generated videos on our servers: Up to 30 days (automatically deleted via lifecycle rules)
• Videos on your device: Permanent, under your control — you can delete them at any time
• Account data: Retained until you delete your account
• Push tokens: Retained until notifications are disabled, you log out, or your account is deleted
• Analytics data: Retained for up to 12 months
• Diagnostic errors: Retained according to our Sentry project retention settings

Your content is processed using third-party AI providers to generate videos:

• fal.ai — AI model hosting and execution
• Wiro AI — AI video generation
• WaveSpeed AI — AI video generation

These providers process your prompts and input files solely for the purpose of generating your requested content. We do not share your personal information with these providers.

Additional services:

• RevenueCat — Subscription and purchase management (USA)
• Cloudflare — API hosting and content delivery (global)
• PostHog — Analytics (EU-hosted, GDPR-compliant)
• Sentry — Error monitoring (EU/DE-hosted, configured to avoid personal data by default)
• Expo Push Notifications — Optional push notification delivery

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: View your generation history and account data within the app
• Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data via Settings → Delete Account
• Portability: Download your generated videos to your device at any time
• Notifications: Disable notifications in Settings or in your device settings
• Correction: Update your account information in Settings

When you delete your account, we permanently remove all your data including: account information, generation history, transaction records, subscriptions, and any referral/promo data.

We implement appropriate security measures including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Hashed password storage (bcrypt)
• JWT-based authentication with token rotation
• Cloudflare edge security and DDoS protection

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy in the app. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
