Welcome to VISMORPH AI. By using our application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

By creating an account or using VISMORPH AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

VISMORPH AI is an AI-powered creation platform. You provide text prompts, images, or videos, and our service generates videos, images, effects, or related AI outputs using artificial intelligence models.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
• One account per person — duplicate accounts may be terminated

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• BASIC and PRO subscriptions include recurring USD generation allowance as shown in the app before purchase
• Pay-as-you-go fund packs add USD balance for eligible generations
• Consumable purchases (fund packs) are non-refundable once used for generation
• Refund requests for unused purchases should be directed to Apple/Google
• We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice

You agree not to use VISMORPH AI to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the service
• Use automated tools to abuse the service or circumvent rate limits
• Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

• You retain ownership of content you provide as input (prompts, images, videos)
• Generated video content is yours to use for personal and commercial purposes
• We do not claim ownership of your generated content
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws
• We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve our service

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• AI generation times vary and are estimates, not guarantees
• Generated videos are available for download for up to 30 days after creation
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice

VISMORPH AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for content generated by AI models
• We are not liable for data loss on your device

• You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account
• Account deletion permanently removes all your data from our servers
• We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Active subscriptions should be cancelled through your app store before deleting your account

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
